Virtual Program: Coffee Chat

Grab your morning beverage and join us for a healthy dose of sisterly chatter as we celebrate 104 years of Sigma Delta Tau.
Virtual Program: Mindful Connection
2 PM EST/11AM PST
Hosted by: Nicole Braverman, Gamma Psi - Arizona State University
Through the simple and extremely powerful practices of Meditation and Mindfulness, Nicole, Certified Meditation Instructor through Deepak Chopra and Mindfulness Educator, can help you shed the stress and anxiety that has accumulated, especially during these uncertain times. Join us for this 20-30 minute session to connect with sisters and take some intentional time for yourself.
Virtual Program: National Happy Hour
Kick-off: 6 PM EST
We will get the party rolling across the country starting on Zoom at 6 PM EST and concluding at 7 PM PST (4 hours later)!
Every hour, at 6 PM in thier time zone, we will welcome new sisters from around the country. The party will include SDT trivia with prizes, interactive polls, great conversation, and sisterhood nostalgia. We can’t wait to celebrate Founders Day with you!
